Internationally accepted return policy:
Timeframe: Requests can be made within 30 days of receipt.
Conditions: Unused, original packaging, and does not affect resale.
Shipping Costs: Buyer bears return shipping costs; for quality issues/wrong shipments, we will bear the cost.
Process: Contact customer service → Obtain return address → Ship back → Inspection → Refund (7–15 business days)
Exceptions: Custom-made, intimate apparel, food, and near-expiry items are generally not returnable.
